In this hands on workshop, we'll make a wonderful winter herbal tonic called Fire Cider, and look at other autumn herbs-many of them already in our gardens and cupboards, and their applications for helping us stay healthy through the winter months.
Fire Cider is an easy to make kitchen remedy popularised by the beloved American herbal elder and teacher Rosemary Gladstar. Many of the ingredients found in this blend are potent herbal allies in their own rights, and by looking at them individually we'll see how brilliantly Mother Nature's plant offerings correspond to our own needs for health as the seasons change. We'll talk about various preparations like oxymels, herbals honeys and more that you can easily make at home to utilise plant medicine safely and effectively.
£60 price includes light refreshments and all materials/ingredients for making your own starter set of witchy winter medicines.
