Thank you for choosing Fifield Road Apothecary. We make each product by hand with great care and attention, and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find the details of our return and refund policies.
Order cancellations

Before Dispatch: If you change your mind shortly after placing a product order, you can cancel it at no cost, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Please email me as soon as possible at leslie@fifieldroadapothecary.com to request a cancellation.

After Dispatch: If your order has already left the apothecary, it will be treated as a standard return, as outlined below.

Workshop bookings can be cancelled/refunded within 48 hours of booking, after which time they are guaranteed. Workshops are then non-refundable, but should you become unable to attend, you may credit payment towards an alternative date/event within twelve months.
Standard returns
In accordance with UK online retail regulations, you have a 14-day window from the day you receive your order to notify me that you wish to return it, and a further 14 days from that notification date to safely return the items to me.
To ensure your return is accepted, please note the following:

Hygiene & Condition: Due to the personal nature of soap and related hygiene products, items must be returned completely unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and hygiene seals intact. I am unable to accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened or used.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, with the cost of shipping deducted from your refund.
How to initiate a return

Contact me: To start a return, please send an email to leslie@fifieldroadapothecary.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Receive return details: I will provide you with details on how to return your order, together with a return shipping label.

Your refund: Once I receive your returned items, I will process your refund, minus the price of return shipping. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.
Damaged, faulty, or defective items
I take the utmost care in packaging your products, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, please let me know right away.

Please contact me immediately at leslie@fifieldroadapothecary.com with details (and a photo, if possible) of the issue.

Once we have confirmed the issue, we will happily arrange for a replacement.
